About the Role

• Freelance hybrid position based in Delhi, India, with flexibility for partial work from home.
• Design and deliver cyber security training programs, including lectures, hands-on labs, and workshops that align with current industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop course materials.
• Update content to reflect emerging threats and technologies.
• Assess learner performance through assignments and exams.
• Mentor participants and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with the leadership development team to integrate cyber security concepts into broader leadership curricula.
• Support continuous improvement of the program by gathering learner feedback and contributing to curriculum enhancements.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Cybersecurity and Information Security with a solid understanding of security frameworks and best practices.
• Network Security: securing network infrastructure, monitoring, and incident response.
• Application Security: secure software development, code review, and vulnerability management.
• Malware Analysis: identifying, analyzing, and explaining malware behavior.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
• Ability to design engaging learning experiences and adapt teaching methods for diverse learner backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Mathematics or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience teaching, mentoring, or delivering technical training, ideally in cyber security or related fields.
• Relevant certificates / certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH & in Microsoft, AWS, Google are highly beneficial.
