About the Role
EaseFIT is a fitness technology startup seeking a Junior Growth & Content Executive to build a career in AI-powered marketing, content creation, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Outreach: Connect with gym owners, fitness trainers, and studio operators through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Interview Scheduling: Book meetings and video interviews between fitness business owners and the EaseFIT team.
- Video Editing: Convert interviews and recordings into engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn content.
- Content Coordination: Manage interview schedules, organize footage, and maintain the content calendar.
- CRM Management: Track leads, conversations, follow-ups, and booked meetings.
- AI Marketing: Explore and implement AI tools to improve marketing, editing, research, and outreach.
Qualifications
- B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc., or any graduate degree.
- Freelance video-editing experience during college or independently.
- Comfortable communicating in English.
- Willingness to make outbound calls and speak with business owners.
- Familiarity with CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
- Curiosity about AI tools such as ChatGPT and AI-powered content workflows.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
- Curiosity, communication skills, creative ability, and a willingness to learn.
