• Maintain accuracy while handling HR records and reports.
• Support day-to-day HR operations.
• Handle large HR datasets while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic understanding of HR data: hires, headcount, attrition, and terminations.
• Proficient in MS Excel and advanced MS Excel, including using formulas, organizing data, and validating data with raw reports.
• Willing to learn new HR tools and systems.
• Quick learner who can understand new processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience handling large HR datasets.
