About the Role
Scalio is building an AI marketing companion for small businesses in India. We are seeking to integrate creators and user-generated content (UGC) as significant growth channels. This is a full-time, work-from-office role located in HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Monday–Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with growth and creative teams to identify creators who reach small-business owners.
- Develop content centered around real product use cases.
- Manage experiments from ideation through to launch.
- Define hooks and briefs.
- Collaborate with creators to refine content.
- Analyze messages that drive user acquisition and trials, looking beyond view counts.
Qualifications
- Strong instincts for content, creators, and understanding the virality of different formats.
- Proficiency in finding and collaborating with creators across diverse industries, cities, and languages.
- Demonstrated curiosity in organic growth, with the initiative to launch, measure, and iterate on experiments.
- Proven track record of execution, evidenced by a creator collaboration, content series, community, page, or growth experiment.
