Artificial Intelligence Intern

About the Role

The Artificial Intelligence Intern will support the design, development, and testing of AI and machine learning models used in robotics and automation solutions. This is a fully remote internship role, offering flexible collaboration with the core team and broader research community.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and testing of AI and machine learning models for robotics and automation solutions.
• Perform data collection and preprocessing.
• Build and evaluate models.
• Assist in integrating algorithms with software and hardware prototypes.
• Collaborate with engineers and researchers on experimentation, documentation, and performance analysis of AI-driven systems.
• Review literature.
• Prepare technical reports.
• Contribute to proof-of-concept implementations aligned with ongoing R&D projects.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Computer Science and related engineering or technical disciplines.
• Machine Learning and Data Science concepts, including model development and evaluation.
• Programming skills in languages commonly used for AI (e.g., Python, C++), and familiarity with relevant libraries or frameworks.
• Analytical skills for problem-solving, data analysis, and interpreting experimental results.
• Interest in AI, robotics, automation, and applied research.
• Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
• Experience with basic statistics, version control (e.g., Git), and handling structured and unstructured data is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
