Associate Engineer Intern, Supply Chain Planning

About the Role

As a Supply Planner Intern, you will be actively involved in the digital transformation of the supply chain and responsible for assisting in the optimization of our supply chain planning processes. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in supply planning, capacity planning, inventory management, and component procurement, while contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analysis and resolution of daily plan output for supply to demand mismatches
• Optimization of Material and Capacity Planning processes
• Supporting inventory management tasks
• Collaboration with various departments to optimize supply chain functions
• Participation in process improvement projects and initiatives
• Contributing to maintaining accurate documentation and records

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills with the ability to work with multiple organizations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in supply chain management
• Proficiency in using tools like MS Excel, VBA, SQL, Python, and Tableau

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
• Exceptional interpersonal and team building skills, including the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and participate with multi-functional teams
• Great teammate, highly motivated, ambitious, and a quick learner
