PACS Implementation Engineer

About the Role

The PACS Implementation Executive is a full-time role responsible for implementing and supporting medical imaging solutions including PACS and RIS systems at client facilities. The position is based in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze hospital and clinic requirements.
• Configure software modules.
• Test new versions of the software.
• Conduct system testing.
• Coordinate go-live activities.
• Train end users.
• Troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure smooth adoption of solutions across departments.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and client stakeholders.
• Document implementation processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of workflows and system usage.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong skills in PACS and RIS systems.
• Excellent experience working with medical imaging modalities like CR, DR, CT, MRI, PET/CT, etc.
• Strong knowledge of radiologists' workflow and requirements.
• Familiarity with radiology workflows.
• Ability to travel at short notice to customer locations.
• Candidates MUST be able to speak multiple languages.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication abilities for interacting with clinicians, administrators, IT teams, and other stakeholders.
• Customer Service orientation to support clients, manage expectations, and maintain positive relationships.
• Hands-on experience with software implementation, preferably in healthcare or enterprise applications.
• Training skills to conduct user training sessions, create user guides, and support change management.
• Relevant education such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, computer science, healthcare administration, or a related field.
