Key Responsibilities

• Review and ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations, Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, IT Act, data protection guidelines, and marketplace policies.
• Verify seller documents and compliance requirements before onboarding approval.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating vendor agreements, NDAs, SLAs, and internal legal documents.
• Monitor product listing compliance, seller onboarding rules, invoicing policies, and marketplace operational requirements.
• Support consumer protection activities including returns/refund policies, grievance redressal, and dispute resolution.
• Track regulatory changes and provide timely updates to management.
• Maintain legal records, documentation, and compliance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external legal counsel.
• Handle basic legal correspondence, notices, and follow-ups.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, LLB, LLM.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in corporate, commercial, or e-commerce legal roles.
• Strong understanding of Indian e-commerce laws and consumer protection rules.
• Good drafting skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate legal concepts clearly and work in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Mavelikkara, Alappuzha

Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month
