About the Role

LearningShala is an emerging organization focused on developing and delivering high-quality products supported by robust manufacturing processes. This full-time, on-site internship provides opportunities for growth and exposure to end-to-end product and manufacturing cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Support product specialists and manufacturing teams in daily operations.
• Monitor production activities.
• Collect data.
• Assist in process documentation.
• Perform basic analysis of product performance.
• Prepare reports.
• Help resolve product or manufacturing-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows.
• Support customer-facing teams with product information.
• Participate in quality checks.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to work on-site in Noida.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software).

Qualifications

• Skills related to product support and coordination.
• Experience or interest in working with Product Specialists and product documentation.
• Strong Analytical Skills to gather data, interpret trends, and support decisions.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, prepare clear reports, and convey technical information.
• Customer Service and basic Sales support skills.
• Relevant qualifications such as ongoing or completed studies in engineering, manufacturing, industrial management, or related fields are beneficial.
