About the Role

Cinephile Bro's Studios (CBS) is a digital marketing and creative content studio. The Commission Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role involves identifying and prospecting potential clients, presenting CBS’s digital marketing and video production services, and closing deals that drive revenue growth. The role is incentive-driven, with earnings tied to performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying and prospecting potential clients.
• Presenting CBS’s digital marketing and video production services.
• Closing deals to drive revenue growth.
• Scheduling and conducting client meetings.
• Preparing proposals and quotations.
• Maintaining accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
• Following up with prospects.
• Nurturing relationships with existing clients.
• Collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to align service offerings with client needs.
• Consistent on-ground networking, market research, and participation in events or industry meetups to expand the client base.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Sales and client acquisition skills: including lead generation, prospecting, and deal closing.
• Account management and relationship-building abilities to nurture long-term client partnerships.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services (social media, SEO, online ads) and creative content production.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in person, by phone, and online.
• Ability to work toward targets, handle commission-based compensation, and stay motivated in a performance-driven environment.
• Proficiency with common productivity tools such as email, spreadsheets, and CRM or lead-tracking software.
• Comfort working on-site in Coimbatore.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings if required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or media/creative industries is an advantage.
• Relevant educational background in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent practical experience.
