About the Role

This is an Inside Sales Internship at InGage Technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective candidates from the company's existing database and digital marketing leads.
• Understand candidates' educational background, degree specialization, career aspirations, and skill requirements.
• Counsel students and professionals on suitable courses related to Emerging Technologies and their academic background.
• Explain course features, curriculum, career opportunities, certifications, and benefits.
• Follow up with leads regularly through phone calls and other communication channels.
• Build strong relationships with prospective learners and address their queries effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and updates in the CRM system.
• Achieve enrollment and conversion targets by converting qualified leads into course registrations.
• Coordinate with the admissions and training teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
