Job Title: International Non-Voice Customer Service Representative
About the Role
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Non-Voice Process supporting customers in the US market. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic international customer support environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions within defined timelines.
- Assist customers with product, service, account, or technical-related queries.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and guide customers through appropriate solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Meet defined Quality, Productivity, and Compliance metrics.
- Adhere to company processes, policies, and communication standards.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure high service quality.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with international customers and understanding global accents.
- Basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Willingness to work US/rotational night shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Qualifications
- Graduate candidates can apply.
- Minimum 1 year of BPO / Customer Support experience.
- Experience in International Non-Voice, Technical Support, or Customer Service is preferred.
Work Schedule & Logistics
- Location: BTM Layout, & Manyata Tech Park
- Shift: US Shift / Rotational Night Shifts
- Work Schedule: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs
- Joining: Immediate Joiners Only
Compensation & Benefits
- CTC: 3.5 - 6 LPA (based on experience and interview performance)
