About the Role

As an Assistant in Occupational Therapy at Speedinvest, you will support occupational therapists in planning and executing therapeutic interventions for patients across various age groups. Your daily tasks will include preparing for and assisting with therapy sessions, documenting treatment progress, and aiding in the development of individual therapy programs. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, help organize daily therapy activities, and provide support to patients and their families. This is a full-time, on-site position in Mumbai, requiring a high degree of service orientation and responsibility in dealing with people.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and accompaniment of therapy sessions.

Qualifications

• Professional competence in occupational therapy and rehabilitation to support therapeutic measures.
• Strong skills in patient care and homecare to ensure comprehensive care in clinical and home settings.
• Experience in program development and implementation to structure and co-create therapy plans.
• Completed training or relevant qualification in an occupational therapy or health-related field.
• Empathy, patience, good communication skills, organizational talent, and a willingness to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team.
