About the Role

Infinity Quality Services (IQS) is seeking an ITI professional to work full-time on-site in Panihati, supporting inspection and Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians in performing inspections such as ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle inspection, penetrant testing, dimensional checks, and visual checks on industrial components and equipment.
• Set up and maintain testing instruments.
• Prepare test surfaces and samples.
• Document inspection results.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures.
• Support equipment calibration.
• Help organize training sessions.
• Maintain records.
• Coordinate with supervisors and clients to meet project timelines and technical requirements.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• ITI certification in a relevant trade (e.g., Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Mechanical, Electrical) from a recognized institute.
• Foundational knowledge of industrial equipment, mechanical components, and basic inspection or quality control procedures.
• Ability to follow technical instructions, read basic engineering drawings, and assist in NDE activities under guidance.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate inspection logs and reports.
• Willingness to work on-site in industrial environments, adhering to safety standards and personal protective equipment requirements.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and email communication; familiarity with MS Office is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive attitude toward learning NDE techniques and industry standards.
• Prior internship or work experience in inspection, maintenance, or quality-related roles is preferred but not mandatory.
