About the Role
HCLTech is hiring Freshers for order management and Product fulfillment roles at Gurugram location.

Key Responsibilities
- Process simple to complex customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle inquiries from clients related to order status, fulfillment, and product information.
- Use deductive reasoning to make sound business decisions related to order processing and fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with all company and business policies.
- Administer all open sales orders and ensure appropriate order flow through the system.
- Monitor and evaluate all order issues, working to resolve discrepancies in production metrics and ensuring a high level of accuracy.
- Manage communication with the sales department regarding order status and any necessary follow-up.
- Follow best practices and work cross-functionally with multiple teams to complete tasks and other daily job functions.
- Utilize strong researching capabilities to resolve order-related issues.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Candidates should be flexible for Rotational Shift.
- Note: Do not carry your laptops.
Qualifications
- B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA
- Non-Tech Graduates only
- No under graduates
- B.TECH, BE, M.TECH, BCA, MCA not Eligible
