About the Role
This is an on-site Embedded Hardware Engineer internship role based in Jaipur. The intern will support the design, development, and testing of hardware components for GPS-enabled wearable devices, including tracking shoes. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in hardware engineering for consumer electronics and wearable technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with circuit design.
- Assist with PCB layout reviews.
- Assist with hardware prototyping.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting of electronics modules.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to integrate hardware with embedded systems.
- Document test results.
- Contribute to product improvements.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Hardware Development
- Computer Hardware for embedded and wearable devices.
- Circuit Design
- Electronics Hardware Design for small form-factor products.
- Basic understanding of hardware testing.
- Basic understanding of debugging tools.
- Basic understanding of safety standards for consumer electronics.
- Exposure to embedded systems, microcontrollers, or IoT devices is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Comfortable working on-site in a lab environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn from senior engineers.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
