About the Role
The Project Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Project Engineer will support the planning, design, and execution of air pollution control and biomass drying projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure technical accuracy and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Review engineering drawings and specifications.
- Support procurement and installation activities.
- Monitor project progress.
- Manage technical documentation.
- Assist in commissioning and performance testing.
- Resolve site-related issues in collaboration with senior engineers.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Familiarity with industrial equipment.
- Familiarity with basic drafting or 3D modeling tools.
- Understanding of safety and environmental compliance norms.
Qualifications
- Strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills relevant to industrial air pollution control and biomass drying systems.
- Project Management and Project Planning skills to handle timelines, resources, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with clients, vendors, site teams, and internal departments.
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Readiness to visit project sites as required.
