About the Role

This is a 10-week Summer Internship Program (May 24th - August 6th, 2027) providing students with challenging, relevant work experience and introducing them to additional career opportunities. Internships may lead to future opportunities within the Company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or assist in the completion of business unit projects.
• Assist the business unit team with day-to-day activities across the division.
• Assist in developing new systems, reports, and analytics.
• Audit/review documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Collaborate on initiatives aimed at process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Current enrollment in an accredited four-year degree-granting institution or an accredited Graduate Master’s or MBA program in the United States.
• Must be a rising junior, rising senior, or pursuing a graduate degree.
• Pursuing a Business, Business-related, or IT major. Applicable majors include (but are not limited to):
• Marketing
• Business Administration
• Food Science
• Food Marketing
• Agriculture
• Retail Studies
• Supply Chain
• Logistics
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Strong prioritization skills.
• Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills.
• Team building skills.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to interact in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers.
• Must be able to perform sedentary office work, including sitting for extended periods, hearing the telephone, and data entry on a computer. May require lifting up to 10 pounds.

Location

• Hybrid opportunity in Rogers, AR.
• Intern must be able to work in Rogers, AR three days a week (Monday-Wednesday).

Travel Requirements

• Travel to St. Louis is required for two specific weeks:
• Kickoff Week: May 24th
• Closing Week: August 3rd
• Transportation and lodging for these trips will be provided by Advantage Solutions.

Compensation

• Salary range: $23.00 per hour.
