About the Role
As a Junior UI/UX Designer at 361 Degrees Marketing, your responsibilities and duties will include:
Key Responsibilities
- Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback.
- Developing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts.
- Translating requirements into comprehensive style guides, design systems, and attractive user interfaces.
- Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components for mobile, desktop, or web applications.
- Generating original graphic designs, including images, sketches, and tables.
- Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems, such as responsiveness issues.
- Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, marketing, and management teams to ensure cohesive design implementation.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in wireframe tools such as Figma, AdobeXD, and InVision.
- Up-to-date knowledge and experience with design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a relevant field.
- Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, along with strong interpersonal communication skills, are highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, where adaptability and innovation are key.
