About the Role

NS3Edu is seeking a full-time, on-site Placement Specialist based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for supporting learners in securing suitable employment opportunities in the IT and networking domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with hiring partners.
• Coordinate placement activities.
• Match candidates to job openings based on their skills and career goals.
• Guide learners through resume preparation, interview readiness, and job search strategies.
• Track placement outcomes and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with trainers and academic staff to align training outcomes with market requirements.
• Organize career events or drives.
• Provide ongoing support to learners and employers throughout the placement process.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Analytical Skills: To evaluate candidate profiles, interpret hiring trends, and match learners with appropriate opportunities.
• Communication skills: To interact effectively with learners, employers, and internal teams, both verbally and in writing.
• Customer Service skills: To provide responsive, learner-focused support and foster long-term relationships with hiring partners.
• Training-related skills: To conduct placement workshops, resume clinics, and interview preparation sessions for learners.
• Recruiting skills: To source job openings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage end-to-end placement processes.

Qualifications

• Beneficial qualifications include:
• Experience in campus or corporate placements.
• Knowledge of IT and networking job roles.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking or CRM tools.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
