About the Role
- Designation: Process Associate
- Focus: Healthcare Voice Process (Medical Billing)
- Location: Sholinganallur/Navalur, Chennai
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Shift Timings: US Shift
- Transportation: Two-way cab facilities will be provided
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries and issues via email or chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately enter, update, and manage data across multiple systems and databases.
- Troubleshoot customer problems, provide actionable solutions, and escalate complex issues to senior support teams as required.
Requirements & Tech Stack

Qualifications
- Fresher (2024 to 2026 Passed Out)
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred (Arts & Science).
