About the Role
The Process Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless customer operations within the Order-to-Cash domain. This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service through email and chat channels, maintaining data accuracy, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries and issues via email or chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately enter, update, and manage data across multiple systems and databases.
- Troubleshoot customer problems, provide actionable solutions, and escalate complex issues to senior support teams as required.
