About the Role
HCLTech is hiring Freshers for IT Audits and Access Management roles at the Gurugram location.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Access Management and Provisioning activities.
- Provide consultation and operational support to various business and product teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user access-related issues independently.
- Collaborate with Security, Compliance, Support, Engineering, and Vendor Management teams.
- Conduct IT audits of vendor operations and access controls to ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
- Identify, assess, and report IT risks related to vendor access and operational processes.
- Review and evaluate controls for access management, data security, change management, and incident response.
- Document audit findings, recommend corrective actions, and track remediation efforts.
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce control gaps.
- Present findings, share best practices, and support training and awareness initiatives.
- Candidates should be flexible for Rotational Shift (US Shift).
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Domain: IT Audit | Access Management | IAM | Risk & Compliance | Operational Support.
Qualifications
- B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA || Non-Tech Graduates only.
- Undergraduates and candidates with pending results will not be considered.
- Experienced candidates are not eligible.
