About the Role
The Junior Architect will support the design and delivery of interior and architectural projects, working on-site in the Pune Division in a full-time capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare concept designs.
- Assist in developing detailed drawings and 3D models.
- Contribute to material selection and design documentation.
- Coordinate with senior designers, consultants, and vendors.
- Participate in client meetings and site visits to ensure accurate execution of design intent.
- Assist with project timelines.
- Perform basic project coordination.
- Maintain organized project files and presentations.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in relevant design software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficiency in 3D visualization tools.
- Working knowledge of Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools, BIM workflows, and digital collaboration platforms.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design.
- Ability to translate concepts into functional and aesthetic spatial solutions.
- Basic experience or interest in Project Management, including task coordination, documentation, and adherence to schedules and milestones.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent design-related field from an accredited institution.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and space-planning skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in drawings and documentation.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a studio environment and engage with clients and consultants professionally.
- Interest in contemporary design, materials, sustainability, and local building practices.
- Prior internship or studio experience is an advantage.
