About the Role

The Assistant Operator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The role involves supporting machine operators in running production equipment, including preparing materials, loading and unloading components, and monitoring machine performance during shifts. The Assistant Operator is expected to follow work instructions, perform basic equipment checks, report issues promptly, and help maintain a clean and safe work area. Day-to-day tasks include recording production data, assisting with minor adjustments under supervision, and coordinating with team members to meet production targets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow technical instructions, understand basic machine operations, and learn standard operating procedures.
• Attention to detail for monitoring output quality, identifying irregularities, and accurately recording production information.
• Strong focus on workplace safety, housekeeping, and adherence to safety guidelines and protective equipment requirements.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with operators, supervisors, and colleagues on the production floor.
• Willingness to work in shifts, stand for extended periods, and handle manual tasks as part of routine operations.
• Minimum high school or equivalent education; vocational or technical training related to machinery or production is a plus.

Prior experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, or similar production environments is an advantage but not mandatory.
