About the Role

RubricHQ is seeking a GTM Engineer Intern to assist in identifying and reaching teams building voice AI. This role involves working directly with a founder to manage outbound efforts, build lead pipelines, and experiment with new growth channels. The intern will own growth experiments from inception to completion, including audience selection, list building, message creation, campaign execution, and reporting on learnings.

Duration: 3–6 months, full-time

Location: Remote

Stipend: 15000/mo

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential B2B customers building or deploying voice AI.
• Build targeted lead lists and define clear next actions.
• Execute outreach and drip campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Drive community-led growth on platforms such as Reddit and developer forums.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to understand new features and translate them into clear messaging for prospects.
• Track campaign results and report on successes and challenges.

Qualifications

• Strong written communication and research skills.
• Curious with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tools and topics.
• Proactive and experimental mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
• Aptitude for reading technical documentation and explaining it simply to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in any stream.
• An engineering or technical background is a plus, but not required.
