Associate, Project Management

About the Role

The Associate - Project Management will be responsible for understanding client goals and overseeing project strategy through to completion. This role is ideal for a creative thinker with a passion for branding and a knack for strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and brand values.
• Plan campaigns that meet client briefs and present these plans to clients.
• Lead ideation and brainstorming sessions.
• Collaborate with the creative team to execute plans.
• Keep clients informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Implement creative and design thinking to solve problems.
• Stay updated on Social Media and Industry trends.
• Foster teamwork to deliver a good team and client experience.
• Prosper in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Internship or job experience in IT, digital, print design, or advertising.
• PM Tools knowledge.
• Knowledge of SCRUM, Agile Methodology.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/BE.
• MBA in Marketing/Advertisement/Operations is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Goal-oriented.
• Ability to unlearn to relearn.
• Positive mindset and appetite for feedback.
• Strong documentation, formatting, and organization skills.
