Key Responsibilities

• Understand requirements, gaps, and issues shared by different departments and figure out solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to define product requirements.
• Assist in creating wireframes, user stories, and product roadmaps.
• Work with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth product launches.
• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and innovations.
• Work on both internal and external products to build experiences and flows as per business goals.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
• User-Centric Approach: Passion for improving customer experience.
• Execution & Ownership: Ability to take initiative and manage projects.
• Communication Skills: Clear articulation of ideas and collaboration with teams.
• Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with product tools like JIRA, Figma, and Google Analytics is a plus.

Qualifications

• Keen interest in solving problems for D2C brands.
• Final year or recent pass-outs only.
