Apprentice Executive Engineer

About the Role

The Apprentice Executive Engineer is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. This role is designed to provide structured learning and exposure to end-to-end project execution, enabling growth into independent engineering responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers with planning, designing, and overseeing real estate and hospitality projects.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors.
• Review technical drawings.
• Monitor project progress.
• Conduct site inspections.
• Support quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Prepare technical reports.
• Maintain project documentation.
• Contribute to cost estimates and resource planning.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project plans.
• Basic knowledge of project management practices, including scheduling, resource coordination, and documentation.
• Familiarity with common engineering tools and software.
• Exposure to CAD or similar design tools is an advantage.
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality, safety, and regulatory compliance in site and project activities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Capacity to learn quickly, take initiative, and work under guidance in a fast-paced project environment.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering principles relevant to construction and building services.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical or related field) from an accredited institution.
• Interest in real estate and hospitality projects.
• Willingness to work on-site in Navi Mumbai.
