About the Role

We're looking for a Flutter Developer Intern who enjoys building mobile applications and wants to work on real-world products. You'll contribute to the development of Crispper's mobile applications, including Console and related product experiences. You'll work closely with the product and engineering team, turn ideas into working features, and see your work used by actual businesses. This is an opportunity to learn by building, take ownership of meaningful features, and understand how production software is designed, developed, tested, and shipped.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and improve mobile application screens using Flutter and Dart.
• Translate product requirements and UI designs into responsive, intuitive interfaces.
• Integrate REST APIs and work with backend services.
• Implement features, fix bugs, and improve application performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Test applications across different devices and screen sizes.
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with the engineering team.
• Use AI-assisted development tools thoughtfully to research, debug, and accelerate development.
• Take ownership of smaller features from implementation through testing and delivery.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• A genuine interest in Flutter and mobile application development.
• Basic understanding of Dart, Flutter widgets, layouts, and state management.
• Familiarity with programming fundamentals and object-oriented programming.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and client-server communication.
• Basic knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and learn independently.
• Comfortable using AI coding assistants and interested in exploring modern development workflows.
• Strong ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Students, recent graduates, and self-taught developers who genuinely enjoy building software are welcome to apply.

Good to Have

• Experience building personal projects or publishing mobile applications.
• Familiarity with Riverpod, Provider, or other Flutter state management solutions.
• Experience working with Firebase or backend APIs.
• Knowledge of Android or iOS application development.
• A GitHub profile showcasing your projects.

Internship Details

• Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
• Collaboration: Primarily remote, with one in-person team meet each week.
• Stipend: The first month is an unpaid evaluation and learning period. From the second month onwards, interns demonstrating good work and contribution will receive a stipend.
