About the Role
Hiring for Customer Care Executive - Freshers/Experienced - Ameerpet, Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist patients with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Address queries related to medical services, doctor availability, billing, and insurance.
- Maintain patient confidentiality.
- Provide accurate information and resolve concerns efficiently.
- Ensure a positive patient experience through courteous and timely support.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- CRM Executives
Qualifications
- Intermediate in any discipline.
- Fluency in either:
- English, Telugu, and Hindi
- Bengali, English & Hindi is mandatory.
- Must possess valid Aadhaar and PAN cards.
Terms & Conditions
- This is a contractual position for 2 years.
- Work 9 hours per day in rotational shifts.
- Receive 4 weekly offs per month (on a rotational basis).
- Salary offered is a net take-home amount.
- No bond and no requirement to submit original certificates.
Training & Certification
- Shortlisted candidates will undergo a Training and Certification Program.
- Only certified candidates will be eligible to start work.
