Diploma Engineer Trainee, Service Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Diploma Trainee who is passionate about working with our Crane Service team. In this role, you will be responsible for services and maintenance at a site location.

Key Responsibilities

• Work assignments are planned by the branch (service planner) and assigned to the Trainee.
• Accept work packages and enter work against the SR/WP.
• Record faults/exceptions using Risk & Recommendation method.
• Estimate labour hours and parts cost for repairs.
• Perform Safety Review and Visit Review and record next steps.
• Consult with customers to permit informed buying decisions based on recommendations made.
• Be aware of ISO 14001 & 45001 standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical
• Good written and verbal communication in English (any other language is a plus)
• Ability to work in teams
• Knowledge of MS Office
