About the Role

• A full-time, on-site position based in Karnataka, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with buyers and internal teams to manage orders, sampling, and production timelines.
• Ensure product specifications and quality standards are met.
• Prepare and update order sheets.
• Track shipments.
• Follow up with suppliers.
• Assist in price negotiations and costings.
• Support communication between design, production, and quality teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Help resolve issues related to delivery schedules and product requirements.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Sales and Retail skills.
• Marketing skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of apparel manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Textile, Merchandising, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior internship or entry-level experience in apparel or retail is preferred.
