Position: Associate Financial Trainee (AFT)

Department: Finance And Administration

Location: Hyderabad, India

Reports To: Team Leader / Assistant Manager / Manager

Job Summary

• Be part of transaction processing operations within F&A.
• Work in one of the domains such as AP, AR, or GL.
• Receive training on various activities as part of set roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
• Perform a variety of specialized duties assigned as part of the domain.

A Typical Day Includes

• Process transactions as per the SLA (both Accuracy & TAT).
• Update respective trackers timely and accurately.
• Follow up on pending transactions with dependencies.
• At month-end, ensure timely and accurate processing of assigned tasks according to the month-close calendar.
• Develop a high standard for quality of work and maintain a strong work ethic.

All activities to be in line with company procedure and performance standards.

Qualifications

Education

• Only B.Com/BBA degrees are considered for the NIL experience role.
• Graduates in any stream are considered for the 0-1 year experience role.

Experience

• NIL Experience required for B.Com/BBA graduates.
• 0-1 Yr. Experience for graduates in any stream.

Basic Qualifications

• Quick Learner & Self-Starter
• Effective Time Management – Ability to operate well in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Flexibility – Able to work varying/additional hours during busy periods.
• Communication – Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with coworkers.
• Strong interpersonal and self-motivational skills.
• Exposure to MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
• Infor product knowledge is a plus, but not required.
