Fashion Advisor

About the Role

The Fashion Advisor role at Bose Works is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Fashion Advisor will collaborate with production, styling, and creative teams to curate outfits and looks that align with project concepts, character profiles, and brand aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide fashion consulting for talent and clients.
• Maintain up-to-date product and trend knowledge.
• Support wardrobe planning for shoots and digital content.
• Assist with fittings and styling sessions.
• Ensure garments and accessories are prepared and organized.
• Coordinate with vendors or partners when needed.
• Contribute to an engaging, professional experience for all collaborators.
• Support the visual storytelling goals of the company.

Qualifications

• Strong Fashion Consulting and styling skills, with the ability to translate creative briefs into cohesive looks.
• Solid Product Knowledge and an understanding of current fashion trends, fabrics, and brands.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with talent, clients, and internal teams.
• Customer Service skills, with a focus on professionalism, empathy, and creating a positive on-set and client experience.
• Sales awareness, including the ability to recommend products, manage budgets, and support brand partnerships where applicable.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced production schedules.

Relevant experience in fashion styling, retail fashion, costume design, or image consulting is beneficial.

A diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Communication, Styling, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
