About the Role
Seeking a Rechtsanwältin / Rechtsanwalt (m/w/d) for our Detmold office to strengthen the ziviles Wirtschaftsrecht practice, specifically Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht. BRANDI Rechtsanwälte is a leading firm for medium-sized businesses, with approximately 100 lawyers active in corporate, business, and public law, and extensive notarial services at all locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Independent advising of medium-sized companies, including teamwork.
- Representing clients in court and out-of-court negotiations.
- Independent review, drafting, and negotiation of contracts.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Above-average legal qualifications, preferably evidenced by Prädikatsexamina.
- Preferably initial knowledge and experience in Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht.
- Good command of the English language.
- Unternehmerisches Denken (entrepreneurial thinking).
- Enthusiasm for work and collegiality.
Qualifications
