This is a remote internship role for an Outreach Intern at Vyoma. The Outreach Intern will support the agency’s engagement efforts by researching potential partners, communities, and audiences, and compiling organized outreach lists. The role offers hands-on experience in communication, community outreach, and client-facing support within a creative agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Research potential partners, communities, and audiences.
• Compile organized outreach lists.
• Draft outreach messages and emails.
• Assist with community engagement campaigns.
• Respond to basic inquiries.
• Maintain clear documentation of outreach activities.
• Collaborate with the creative and operations teams to align outreach with current projects.
• Gather feedback from contacts.
• Help strengthen relationships with clients and community partners.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally and clearly in written and verbal formats.
• Research and Community Outreach skills, including the ability to identify relevant audiences, gather information, and support engagement initiatives.
• Writing skills, with the ability to draft concise emails, outreach messages, and simple content for community updates.
• Interest in creative industries, marketing, or communications, with a willingness to learn about agency processes and client work.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and follow guidance from supervisors and team members.
• Basic familiarity with productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, online collaboration platforms).
• Prior internship or volunteer experience in outreach or communications is a plus.
