Agriculture Specialist

Role Description

The Agriculture Specialist will work full-time, on-site in Bengaluru. This role involves analyzing agricultural production requirements and advising on suitable travel, logistics, and transport solutions for agricultural clients and projects. The Agriculture Specialist will conduct market and field research, prepare reports on agricultural trends, and support the sales team with domain-specific insights to develop service offerings for agribusiness and rural markets.

• Effective Communication skills to engage with clients, present findings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret agricultural data, assess market opportunities, and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Sales-related skills to support lead generation, client relationship management, and the promotion of agriculture-focused services.
• Proficiency in basic office software and report writing, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing client and project needs.
• Work flexibility to work and build a startup organization.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic background in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Rural Management, or a related field.
• Experience working with agricultural communities, agribusinesses, or logistics for farm inputs and outputs is beneficial.
