HR Executive

About the Role

The HR Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. This role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities, and assisting with payroll and benefits-related documentation. The HR Executive will help implement and communicate HR policies, address employee queries, and support initiatives related to employee engagement and performance management. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams and senior HR staff to ensure compliance with relevant labor regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
• Practical experience in HR Operations and HR Policies.
• Effective Employee Relations skills and the ability to handle employee concerns professionally.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices in India.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems (HRIS) is an advantage.
• Prior experience in a consulting, recruitment, or corporate HR environment is beneficial.
