About the Role
We're Ruvimo, a fast-growing global EdTech startup making learning more personal through one-on-one live tutoring for K–12 students. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to help us find the right people to grow with us.
The Role
Your mission is to spot potential, connect with people, and keep the hiring engine running. You will act as a talent detective, finding great candidates, figuring out who's the right fit, and ensuring no promising profile is lost.
Key Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates across LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms.
- Reach out to candidates, introduce opportunities, and initiate conversations.
- Review resumes, shortlist relevant profiles, and connect candidates with roles.
- Coordinate interviews and manage schedules.
- Follow up with candidates to keep them engaged and track responses.
- Update recruitment trackers and maintain candidate databases.
- Assist the People & Culture team in the recruitment process from sourcing to closure.

- You are organized and proactive.
- You are eager to figure things out and take ownership.
- You are curious about HR, recruitment, and how startups build teams.
- You are comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- You are ready to learn, experiment, and get involved.
- Freshers and students interested in HR are welcome.
