Trainee Process Associate, Voice Process

About the Role

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based healthcare facilities and imaging centers.
• Assist facility representatives with process-related queries and requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth Teleradiology operations.
• Follow up on pending requests and communicate updates to facilities.
• Escalate issues or requests to the appropriate team when required.
• Accurately document calls, requests, and actions in the relevant systems.
• Follow standard operating procedures, quality guidelines, and process instructions.
• Maintain professional communication and telephone etiquette.
• Ensure timely handling of facility requests and maintain required service levels.
• Maintain confidentiality of information handled during the process.
• Achieve defined quality, productivity, and customer-service targets.
• Participate actively in training and demonstrate continuous learning.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with multiple applications.

Qualifications

• Freshers are welcome.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good listening and comprehension skills.
• Comfortable communicating with US-based facilities over the phone.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn healthcare/teleradiology processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work in US/night shifts and rotational weekly offs.

Work Schedule:

• Rotational shifts (Mid, Night)
• 5 working days and 2 rotational week-offs
• No cab provided
