About the Role

Internship - Field Application Engineer at Infineon Technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Complete defined technical projects that help account tandems achieve their customer goals.
• Account Support: Support daily workflow and account-level activity for Field Application Engineer tandems.
• CRM Activity: Support daily CRM activity at the account level for assigned accounts.
• Customer Shadowing: Shadow Account FAEs during customer visits when necessary to gain hands-on exposure.
• Customer Engagement: Assist account teams in engaging OEM and Tier One automotive customers on technical topics.
• Technical Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Knowledge Building: Develop product and automotive industry knowledge through mentorship and applied projects.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Tools: Familiarity with CRM platforms and MS Office suite.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for customer-facing interaction.
• Teamwork: Collaborative mindset to support multi-account teams.
• Location: Ability to work onsite in Livonia, MI.

Qualifications

• Education: Senior in University pursuing Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
