The Co-Founder role at LignoGold Terra Solutions is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role involves jointly defining the company’s vision, business model, and growth strategy, and translating those into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market and customer research.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities.
• Build relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders.
• Oversee marketing initiatives.
• Refine value propositions.
• Support brand positioning to drive visibility and revenue.
• Coordinate with any early team members or contractors.
• Manage budgets and resources.
• Continuously analyze performance data to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to evaluate markets, customers, and business performance.
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, pitch to investors, and engage clients effectively.
• Sales skills to identify leads, convert opportunities, and build sustainable revenue streams.
• Marketing skills to develop go-to-market strategies, support brand building, and execute campaigns.
• Experience in entrepreneurship, business development, or early-stage startups is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai, make independent decisions, and thrive in a dynamic, resource-constrained environment.
• Relevant academic background in business, engineering, environmental sciences, or a related field is an advantage, though not mandatory.
