About the Role
Keystone Strategies is hiring Political Intelligence Associates to gather accurate, ground-level political intelligence across assigned constituencies and polling booths in Goa.
Key Responsibilities
- Tracking voter sentiment, local issues, political developments, candidate activities, grassroots networks and emerging electoral trends.
- Building reliable local intelligence networks.
- Conducting field interactions.
- Identifying key political developments.
- Submitting structured daily reports with actionable insights.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong communication skills.
- Local knowledge.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Konkani is preferred.
- Knowledge of Marathi and Hindi will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Experience in political research, field reporting, grassroots campaigns, journalism or community engagement is encouraged.
