Job Title: BPO Voice Professional - US Shift (Seasonal - only for 3 to 4 months)
About the Role
This is a seasonal, full-time position for a Patient Support Specialist focused on US healthcare queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to US healthcare queries such as patient care, pharmacy support, grievance, and appeal cases.
- Provide accurate information while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Ensure all data entry and updates are accurate and timely.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Adhere to compliance standards and data privacy regulations in healthcare (e.g., HIPAA).
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Typing Speed: Minimum 28 words per minute (WPM) with 98% accuracy.
- English Proficiency: B1H level or higher (excellent verbal and written communication skills).
- Basic understanding of US healthcare processes (patient care, claims, pharmacy support, or member call preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using MS Office tools and CRM systems is a plus.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in healthcare BPO or similar domain.
