About the Role
Enthral.ai is a unified skilling platform. The Trainee – Graphic Designer role is an on-site position based in Pune City.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating visual assets for digital and print media, including social media creatives, marketing collateral, presentations, and product-related graphics.
- Support senior designers with concept development.
- Prepare design drafts.
- Refine layouts.
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to translate requirements into clear, engaging visual designs.
- Learn and apply design best practices.
- Manage feedback and iterate on designs.
Qualifications
- Foundational skills in Graphics and Graphic Design.
- Ability to create visually appealing layouts and assets.
- Skills in Logo Design and Branding.
- Skills in Typography, with an understanding of type hierarchy, readability, and aesthetic balance.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Openness to feedback.
- A portfolio showcasing design work, internships, or academic projects is preferred.
- Relevant coursework or a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
