Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and trend-aware Graphic Designer who is passionate about branding, visual storytelling, and digital creativity. The ideal candidate must stay updated with the latest graphic design trends and have practical knowledge of AI-powered creative tools to produce innovative, high-quality designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging graphics for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, and print media.
- Design logos, brand identities, brochures, banners, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts and layouts aligned with brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends and apply them to creative projects.
- Use AI-powered tools for design ideation, image generation, visual enhancement, and creative workflows.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements.
- Incorporate feedback and maintain visual consistency across platforms.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver designs within deadlines.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong graphic design skills, including layout, typography, and color theory.
- Knowledge of branding, logo design, and visual communication.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent design tools.
- Mandatory: Practical knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
- Mandatory: Awareness of the latest graphic design trends and the ability to apply them creatively.
- A portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility, and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
Added Advantage
- Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, animation, or UI/UX design.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
