About the Role

• Trainee Graphic Designer & Video Editor position within the Marketing & Communications department.
• Location: Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Design compelling illustrations, graphics, and videos in line with current B2B marketing and design trends.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to grasp the objectives and themes for upcoming campaigns and video projects.
• Ensure consistency in visual and video output, adhering to established brand guidelines.
• Assist in creating a wide range of digital content, including social media graphics, infographics, promotional materials, branding videos, and social media video content.
• Stay informed on industry best practices for both design and video to enhance the effectiveness and quality of our content.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation techniques.
• Familiarity with video formats, codecs, and best practices for online video content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, Video Production, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• 0-2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Sharp attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics and visual cohesion.
• Effective time management skills, capable of meeting tight deadlines.
