About the Role
We are looking for a creative Junior Graphic Designer with a strong eye for aesthetics, typography, colours, and visual storytelling. The candidate will work closely with our creative and marketing team to develop engaging brand visuals, digital creatives, and basic video content for Koorsi & Company.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creatives for Instagram, social media campaigns, stories, and digital ads.
- Create website banners, product graphics, promotional creatives, and email marketing visuals.
- Develop creative concepts for product launches, festive campaigns, and brand communication.
- Edit short-form videos, Instagram Reels, and promotional videos.
- Add basic transitions, text animations, music, and effects to video content.
- Create visually appealing layouts, mood boards, and design references.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and marketing platforms.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to execute creative campaigns.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, AI tools, and social media formats.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
- Good understanding of colours, typography, layouts, and composition.
- Creative thinking with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Understanding of social media trends and digital advertising creatives.
- Familiarity with AI design and content creation tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
