About the Role
The Graduate Engineer Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara. The trainee will support engineering, production, and quality teams in day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in equipment installation.
- Monitoring machine performance.
- Participating in testing and troubleshooting of concrete product plants.
- Drafting and updating technical documentation.
- Supporting process improvement initiatives.
- Collecting and analyzing operational data.
- Collaborating with senior engineers on design modifications and efficiency enhancements.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Learning company standards and safety procedures.
- Engaging in hands-on training to develop practical skills in plant operations, maintenance, and customer support.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong foundational engineering knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related disciplines.
- Basic skills in CAD tools.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Understanding of industrial machinery or automation systems.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret technical data.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- A learning mindset.
- Attention to detail.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) from an accredited institution.
- Internship or project experience in manufacturing or heavy engineering is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Vadodara.
- Willingness to be involved in shop-floor and field activities as required.
